We totally understand how frustrating this can be! We pride ourselves on providing fast and helpful customer service, and we aim to reply to all emails within 24-48 hours.

If you haven’t received a response, please manually check your inbox for emails from these addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]. Sometimes our replies can end up in your Spam or Promotions folder by mistake.

If your membership credit isn’t applying, it’s likely because you’re not logged into your account. To ensure your credit is automatically applied, please make sure you’re signed in before checking out. When logged in, your credit will be recognized and applied at checkout.

Editing your cart is quick and easy! Follow these simple tips below.

To access your cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen.

To edit quantity, click the + and - minus buttons.To remove an item, click the trash can icon.


Orders

To track your order, all you need is your order number. 🙌

You will receive an email from us on the day that your order ships, and it will contain the tracking number for your order. If for some reason you do not receive a tracking email, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you the information!

An order confirmation will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order with your order number and order total. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct 📬 

Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive another email with the tracking information 📦 

Oops! 😬 In limited cases, we are able to make changes to an order prior to being shipped. Once a package is shipped or in the final stage of fulfillment, we are not able to make any changes to the order. This includes the delivery method and shipping address. 

If your order has not shipped and you need to make a change, please contact us at [email protected] ASAP! Please include your order number, the intended delivery address, and use “🚨 URGENT: Order Update/Address Change” in the subject line!

We also never include a receipt or price in any gift package. All order confirmations are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. 🎁

As per food safety regulations, we do not accept any returns, even if the package is unopened.

If your truffles are damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can evaluate the issue.

We have partnered with a company--Toki Rewards--which puts all of your eligible gift cards onto one card number. That email specific gift card number has all of your gift cards from all of our G.O.A.T. Foods brands, so you can find them all in one place! 🎁

If this happened to you, it sounds like you participated in one of our Post Purchase Offers! 

A Post Purchase Offer will show up at the end of your final check out and ask if you would like to add an additional item in for your order. That specific item includes free shipping to the same address you have your original order going to. Because it was after the final payment, the additional item(s) in your order will show up as a secondary payment on your statement.

General

We source all of our gourmet truffles from the artisanal chef, Wolfgang Puck, and his worldwide (literally!) expertise! With his creation, we can bring to you a truly unique truffle experience.

Our truffles ship from New York! 

You have the choice of either a 12 pack of decadent truffles, or a 24 pack! 

Enjoy your truffles for up to 4 months after purchase! We understand the excitement to purchase prior to a get together. Luckily, you have plenty of time to enjoy, so much that it won't even take you 4 months to get to 😉

Yes! Our truffles are under the strict orthodox rabbinical supervision of the Orthodox Jewish Council - Kosher Technical Konsultants. 


At this time, we do not have a Dairy Free, Gluten Free, or Sugar Free option. 

Shipping

We ship orders via Fedex Air 2-day shipping (@$14.95) 

Exceptions

  • We do not accept orders shipped to a P.O. Box address, please provide a non-P.O. Box address for shipment. 
  • Orders shipped out on Thursday after 3pm are not guaranteed Saturday delivery (this is based on your local Fedex/UPS regulations). The next business day to ship will be the following Monday.

Please check your address information carefully before placing your order. Please note: Areas impacted by extreme weather conditions may result in a delay in delivery. We will alert you via email if your shipment will be delayed beyond that time for any reason.

We ship anywhere in the continental US! 

Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO. We regret that we cannot offer our shipping options for these types of addresses due to the nature of the cupcakes. All deliveries must be delivered overnight, which is not an option for those addresses. 

Absolutely! When purchasing a gift box, you can schedule a future delivery date up to 6 weeks in advance. We suggest that you select a day or two before your desired date, just in case there are last minute carrier delays.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay!

While we are not always available to take your call, if you have concerns or issues with placing an order through our website, please contact us at [email protected] with your order information and phone number and we will be happy to help as soon as possible.

Be sure to include:

  • Your name, billing address and contact information
  • The recipient's name and address
  • How quickly it needs to get there
  • The product(s) you wish to purchase
  • Gift message(s) - optional for any Gift orders

Upon receiving your email, we will contact you to gather your payment information. Please DO NOT send your credit card information via email.

Our priority is to create delightful gifting experiences for our customers. Therefore, we never include any pricing information in our orders, as most of them are sent as gifts.

If you run into an issue attempting to place your truffles.com order, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies, and trying to place the order again in a few minutes. Shopping in an incognito browser or on another device typically fixes any site bugs, too. If the incognito method doesn’t work, send us a message at [email protected] with a screenshot or description of the error you’re receiving. We’re happy to help troubleshoot! 

Corporate

While we do not have the ability to customize the box with your logo, we can include a customized note with your logo on the inside of the box!

Yes! Feel free to gather your names and how many gifts you would like, and send a message to one of our corporate representatives at [email protected]. Our team will come up with a customized estimate for you, and assist you with every step along the way! 

We need a two week turn around after payment to get it shipped out to your recipients! Sometimes, depending on order volume it can go out earlier, but expect a two week turn around for shipment.
